You agree that everything stated in this application is true and correct to the best of your knowledge. You certify that you are 18 years of age or older. You understand that Community First Guam Federal Credit Union will retain this application, along with any other documents provided by you, whether or not your loan request is granted. You also understand that if approved, you must be a member in good standing with CFG in order for the credit to be granted.

 

The Credit Union is authorized to investigate your credit worthiness, employment history, and to obtain a credit report now (and in the future, if credit is granted), and to answer questions about their experience with you.  You understand that any false or misleading statements in your application may cause any loan or extension of credit to be in default and may be a federal crime punishable by fine, imprisonment, or both.

 

You authorize us to accept your electronic signatures on this application and agree that your electronic signature will have the same legal force and effect as your original signature.  You assume any risk that may be associated with permitting us to accept your electronic signature.
