Loan Payoff Information

Everything you need to know about paying off your loan.

We will automatically mail a recorded Lien Release/Satisfaction of Mortgage within 60 days after a loan has been paid in full. 

​

If your loan was paid in full greater than 60 days ago, and you have not received a copy of the recorded release; Please email your request along with the complete member number, loan number and date the loan was paid in full to LienReleases@cfirstguam.com

Ready to Pay Off Your Loan?

Congratulations on considering paying off your loan!

Here are the steps you will need to complete in order to pay off your loan:

​

1. To request the final Payoff amount on your loan.  

​

Email your request to loanpayoff@cfirstguam.com

​

If you are a third party (Title Company/Attorney), please include a copy of the Borrower’s Authorization Form. 

​

Please provide the following information on your request: 

  • Member Number and Loan Number

  • Description of collateral/address of property

  • Effective Date the payoff funds will be received by Community First FCU.

  • Please state if this is for information purposes only or the loan is expected to payoff.

  • Name/Company Name and Email Address where you would like your payoff sent. 

  • Please include your contact phone number in case we have any questions.

    2. To avoid delays payoff funds should be remitted in one of the following ways:

    ​

  • Wire

  • Certified Funds

  • Cashier's Check

  • Money Order/Attorney's Trust Check.

  • ​Internal transfer from an existing share account

  • (PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)
