COVID-19 Resources
Community First Guam Federal Credit Union is aware of and shares the community’s concerns surrounding the Novel Corona Virus 2019, or COVID-19. Here at your credit union, our staff will continue to follow the protocols recommended by the US Center for Disease Control (CDC) to actively do our part to reduce the risk of the spread of the virus, for your and our employees’ protection and well-being.
We also recognize that events such as this tend to cause heightened anxiety and fear in the community. To help combat the natural anxiety and fear, we encourage you to defer to established sources for information, e.g. Guam’s Department of Public Health (http://dphss.guam.gov/2019-novel-coronavirus-2019-n-cov/) and the US Center for Disease Control (CDC - https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html)
We will continue to maintain a clean and hygienic environment in each of our member service centers. We will also continue to monitor for any additional information regarding the coronavirus and let you, our members, know what this means for you and your credit union. These updates will be provided on our website or other delivery channels.
If you are concerned with limiting your contact or exposure to the public, you are invited to take advantage of our online, mobile or telephone banking system to conduct your transactions. You can contact our Call Center at 472-8210 for additional information on access to, and use of, these alternative banking channels.
Once again, according to the CDC, and consistent with all official updates being provided regarding COVID-19, we should take every day preventative actions to help prevent the spread of diseases, including:
