Loan Servicing Technician:
This position performs a variety of functions for portfolio and investor loans, including but not limited to Freddie and other investor reporting and servicing requirements, loan sales, escrow account processing, insurance monitoring, paid loan processing and member inquiries related to loans. Freddie loan servicing a plus.
High school graduate, or equivalent and one or more years related experience. Must have strong multitasking skills and enjoy working under pressure.
PT Member Service Representative 1:
This candidate holding this position supports the service center operations by performing a variety of paying and receiving functions for members in-person, via telephone, and through the mail. These functions include, but are not limited to, processing for deposits; withdrawals; loan payments; cashier's checks; money orders; travelers' checks, and cash advances.
Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 12 months teller experience; 18-24 months cash handling or customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
