Mortgage Underwriter/ Senior Mortgage Underwriter

This position supports the mortgage department by recommending approval, or approving within delegated lending authority, real estate loan applications for credit or extension of lines of credit secured by real property. These functions include but are not limited to, analyzing applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluation based on established guidelines while ensuring accuracy and up-to-date status of mortgage pipeline reports.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Underwriter: Associate’s degree in business management, finance or similar concentration or equivalent combination of formal training and experience with two to three years of direct experience and/ or training in portfolio and secondary market real estate lending; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

 

Senior Underwriter: Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance or similar concentration or equivalent combination of formal training and experience with at least four years of direct experience and/ or training in real estate lending; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field. Supervisory experience a plus.
 

Call Center Member Service Representative:

Seeking a highly motivated individual able to provide excellent service delivery in our Call Center primarily via nonface-to-face channels. The right candidate must have excellent listening and problem solving skills to be able to respond to member inquiries or concerns, provide information, and offer solutions to address members’ needs.  Must be able to multi-task and handle high-volume call activity.

 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; one to two years credit union or other financial institution’s operations-related experience and/or training; at least two years customer service and sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Senior Call Center Member Service Representative:

This candidate holding this position supports the service center operations in conjunction with, and in the absence of, the Call Center Manager.

 

Seeking a highly motivated individual able to provide excellent service delivery in our Call Center primarily via nonface-to-face channels. The right candidate must have excellent listening and problem solving skills to be able to respond to member inquiries or concerns, provide information, and offer solutions to address members’ needs.  Must be able to multi-task and handle high-volume call activity.

This candidate holding this position supports the service center operations in conjunction with, and in the absence of, the Service Center Manager.

 

Minimum qualifications: 2-3 years of each of the following: credit union or other financial institution’s operations and cash handling related experience and/or training, supervisory experience, sales and service-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Part Time Member Service Representative:

This candidate holding this position supports the service center operations by performing a variety of paying and receiving functions for members in-person, via telephone, and through the mail. These functions include, but are not limited to, processing for deposits; withdrawals; loan payments; cashier's checks; money orders; travelers' checks, and cash advances.

​

Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 12 months teller experience; 18-24 months cash handling or customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LSG Servicing Technician – Insurance Specialist

This is a loan support position with responsibilities encompassing various aspects of loan servicing including but not limited to managing vendor relationship, monitoring and managing collateral insurance in connection with secured loans, insurance tracking and notifications, and exceptional member service. The successful candidate will be someone who can work well in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, highly motivated and driven, and able to multi-task.

 

Minimum qualifications are a high school diploma or GED; one year of related experience preferred but not required.

LSG Consumer Loan Technician

This is a loan support position with responsibilities encompassing various aspects of loan servicing including but not limited to consumer loan booking and funding, processing general loan maintenance requests, preparing Change-in-Terms Agreements, and performing required call-backs with exceptional member service delivery. The successful candidate will be someone who can work well in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, highly motivated and driven, and able to multi-task.

 

Minimum qualifications are a high school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.​
